Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2. At least have 2–3 years of experience in General Affair, Office Management, or Facility Coordination (retail/FMCG preferred).
3. Experience in supervising operational support staff (Office Boy, Driver, etc.).
4. Good understanding of local government licensing processes and basic legal compliance.
5. Proficiency in asset tracking and inventory management systems.
Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle urgent operational issues.
7. Proficiency in Google Workspace and facility management software/tools.
Able to drive both a car and motorcycle will be an advantage.
What you'll do:
1. Manage smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring all facilities are fully functional, clean, safe, and compliant with regulations.
2. Supervise Office Boys, Drivers, Monitoring Staff to ensure smooth daily operational support.
3. Manage vendors and service providers.
4. Coordinate business travel arrangements for employees including flights, hotels, transportation, and necessary travel documentation.
5. Track and manage company assets across all locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
6. Handle operational licenses, permits, and compliance documentation.
7. Manage internal GA administrative processes including budget tracking, invoice processing, reporting, documentation.
8. Support special projects such as office relocation, renovation, etc.
